I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio. *If you would rather the commission stay private, just let me know.

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only; no commercial use. You may not profit from the art; such as selling prints or products of it.

You may upload the commissioned pieces to social media so long as you credit me.

You MAY NOT make any of my art into NFTS.

You may not delete or remove my credit as the designer.

My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted. *Resales must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased or art personally made.

Designs received in a trade may be resold following the above rule. Do not calculate a trade resale's value based on anything but the adopts original sale value + commissioned / personal art added.

You MAY NOT make any of my designs/adopts into an NFT.
